- Achieving corporate objectives by individual product line category within the assigned territory. Generating sales revenue and health applications to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Achieving technical, competitive, and sales skill knowledge by attaining objectives set by the sales management team.
- Making calls and visiting to present the Company's products to clients.
- Developing internal relationships to assist in increasing the client base.
- Developing a referral network to assist in increasing the client base.
- Growing Insurance Carrier relationships to enhance sales and service.
- Processing sales contracts in a professional manner and in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
Qualifications
· High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business or a related field with 2-4 years relevant sales /marketing experience is required. Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.
· Candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Candidate must possess a valid Life, Accident, and Health license.
$35-40K base + commission, health care, retirement planning, education assistance, and much more.
