Sales Executive Opportunity:
· Work in the field calling on accounting professionals, small to medium sized business prospects, bankers, lead groups, etc., to develop leads
· Present payroll solutions to businesses and decision makers
· Close sales
· Prepare client and sales paperwork for submission to New Accounts.
· Partner with New Accounts department to ensure proper onboarding of clients into the company payroll system(s)
· Attend weekly staff meetings, one on one meetings with managers, and other meetings as scheduled by manager
Required Skills
· Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Good math skills
· Solid experience with MS Office
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to write reports, correspondence, manuals or response letters to customers.
· Ability to speak to individuals and groups, influence results and respond to questions.
· Ability to utilize software or technical applications and systems at an intermediate level, as needed.
· Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
· Full responsibility for providing overall vision, influencing major organizational changes or managing internal and/or external customers.
· Requires individual to frequently juggle shifting priorities and deadlines and deal with various complex issues at a departmental or functional level.
Required Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Minimum two (2) years experience selling business services
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Payroll experience preferred
$42,500-45K Base + unlimited commissions, $75-80K 1st YR potential, Car Allowance, Benefits
